Step 283 of the Journey: Half a day
Step 283. Finally catching up on the overdue sleep, I got up at 11:30, which is something I never normally do. Hopefully I can reset my internal clock, get a normal night’s sleep tonight, and then start tomorrow with a decent volume of exercise as I head back towards health and fitness.
Focus on the truly essential, and let the other stuff get dropped.
