Step 252. Now, when is the last time I used the word beget? As part of a large project team, I’m watching the increasing chaos as we approach the end of the project. Too many good people working without cohesiveness, and the result is a growing level of frustration and disillusionment. The old saying ‘More haste, less speed’ seems very apt at the moment. It is at times like this that we need to resist the natural urge that increases the chaos, and instead, pause, reflect and try to calmly make the best decisions.
Focus on the truly essential, and let the other stuff get dropped.
