Step 238 of the Journey: Lacking oomph

Step 238. Long meetings seem to take the edge of my focus and ability to get other work done. I finish a meeting and feel I need to unwind. I shall try a new technique after the next meeting and do one small productive thing immediately afterwards, and then over time I can build on that.

Focus on the truly essential, and let the other stuff get dropped.
