Step 236 of the Journey: A good day at the (home) office

Step 236. Two long meetings today took up the whole of the workday, but both were vital and left me feeling positive about the project and my role. Yesterday’s running session — 6 x 2 minutes — was satisfying and my body felt great today. Unfortunately, I overconsumed sugary snacks again. I need to crack that habit. One small step at a time.

Focus on the truly essential, and let the other stuff get dropped.

Day 236, job done.
