Step 230. Wow! I had my second covid jab yesterday, just after lunch, and felt absolutely fine, until 8 hours later. Suddenly I felt dizzy and aching. I had a sleepless night where time seemed to stand still. Every time I checked the clock, only a minute or two had passed, even though it felt like hours.

I felt very flu-like today as well, and managed to accomplish very little. Hopefully I’ll sleep well tonight.

Focus on the truly essential, and let the other stuff get dropped.
