Step 206 of the Journey: Priority

Step 206. A tiring Saturday means that Sunday has been a relaxing, day of recovery from a tough week and a lively first half of the weekend. I have reflected today and resolved to get sufficient sleep every day, along with good exercise and healthy food. It’s one body — treat it in the way that it deserves, and it will repay you manyfold in later life.

Focus on the truly essential, and let the other stuff get dropped.

Day 206, job done.
