Step 201. Although I’m working better, the sheer volume of things to get done is making effective working a real challenge. I’m having to drop things that are not critical to me but may seem critical to others. It may not make everyone happy, but it will get things completed on time, resulting in a successful project. Next step to improvement — better communication, especially with those people who are waiting for output from me.
Focus on the truly essential, and let the other stuff get dropped.
Day 201, job done.
