Step 20 of the Journey: Celebrate small victories
The Year of Responsibility and Small Steps
Step 20. Repeated small steps are now starting to show their effect, much sooner than anticipated.
I’m already feeling stronger (from consistent exercise), feeling healthier (from my huge sugar reduction and better daily choices), sleeping better (though last night was a late night), feeling positive (from the morning reading), enjoying writing (even though the articles are very short so far), and moving forward with my new business and opportunities (through consistent daily action.)
So today is a day of celebration, but I won’t be celebrating it with a bar of chocolate.
Day 12 of healthy eating done.
Day 20, job done.
