Step 188. Starting to return to a normal, healthy, structure, thoughtful routine. Slept well, worked well, exercised well and relaxed well. Aiming for a reasonably early night followed by an early morning and another productive day.

Keep focused, and keep taking small steps towards big goals, including daily writing, no matter how brief.

Day 188, job done.
