Step 132. Another pretty good day, although I still need to carry on improving my sleep routine. I guess the hardest thing when I’m a bit tired is to maintain a good, intense focus when required, and I certainly noticed that towards the end of the afternoon.
More sleep and more exercise lead to more focus and improved results. And they cost nothing!
