Step 130. Sometimes, when work is extremely busy, and there is scarcely time to think, we can rapidly become ineffective as we feel as if we’re being pulled in multiple directions at the same time.
At times like this, trying to do more is usually not the right solution. Rise above the situation, look down and see the bigger picture. The challenge is realising this strategy when you’re surrounded by chaos and overload. Practise when times are not stressful, keep practising until it’s a habit. Small steps lead to big results.
