Step 108 of the Journey: Steady relaxation

Step 108. Another relaxing day, this time in glorious, spring sunshine, and I even did a little work in preparation for a busy day tomorrow. The batteries are recharged and I shall now spend the next ten minutes planning for the week — my old way of working was to start the week with no plan and then rush through the urgent things. Far better is to ensure the important things are scheduled.

Day 100 of healthy eating done.

Day 108, job done.
