Step 100. 100 days have flown by, and it has been a breeze. 100 days of morning exercise (including abs, shoulders, feet, and alternate days of legs and arms). 100 days of reading. 100 days of writing. 100 days of small steps towards a better, more successful future. 100 days of easy self-discipline and great habits. 100 days that have resulted in a new level of fitness, a new business, a new income, and a new, happier me. My aim was to see a noticeable improvement after 1 year. It will be interesting to see how big that improvement will be — it has already exceeded my expectations.

I’m looking forward to the next 100 days. What do I want to do? I want to use my exercise habit as a springboard to get truly fit. I want to use my writing habit as a launchpad for some great articles. I want to see the business take off and generate a serious revenue. I want to develop my work skills in my new role. There’s a lot to do, but with small steps it will surely happen. Let’s take those steps.

Day 92 of healthy eating done.

Day 100, job done.
