Step 10. The habits are definitely forming. My weekly plan deliberately has a recovery day on Sunday from exercise. I woke up this morning ready and looking forward to my little exercise routine before I realised it was a day off. So the exercise habit is definitely forming. Reading before breakfast is also easy, satisfying and habitual, as is writing. I’m looking forward to attacking the week ahead with a continuation of these habits and a growing enthusiasm for work, business and learning. And I’m not missing chocolate! Day 2 of healthy eating done.
